Mt Sterling Co-op manufactures naturally delicious goat milk products like Raw Milk Cheddars, Country Jack and Flavors, Pasteurized Cheddars, Goat Feta, Goat Mozzarella, and Whey Cream Butter.

Our product is 100% natural and healthy, no colorings or additives, a rich delicate flavor.  Our products are also made from RBGH free goat milk!

Country Jack & Flavors:   Our award-winning Country Jack is a mild tasting, semi-soft cheese with excellent texture.  Also available in six flavors, there is a choice for every need.  Try our Country Jack with Chives.  The distinct flavor of chives, similar to onion, makes this cheese a favorite.  Or try Country Jack with jalapeno Peppers.  This peppery flavored cheese is hot, but so good for snacking.  We also have Country Jack with Tomato & Basil.  A unique combination of flavors, makes this cheese excellent in grilled cheese sandwiches.  Our Country Jack with Dill pairs well with the other Jack flavors on cheese plates.  Country Jack with Garlic makes an excellent addition to salads and vegetables dishes.  Our newest addition, Country Jack with Black Olive & Balsamic Vinegar is an interesting flavor combination.  Makes a flavorful addition to cheese plates and is great for snacking. 

Raw Milk Cheddars:  Our Raw Milk Cheddars are made from heat-treated milk and aged a minimum of 60 days.  No colorings or additives.  Our Raw Milk Mild is sold after 60 aging days, has a slightly nutty flavor, and a texture and body in the cheddar style.  Our Raw Milk Sharp is a traditional full-flavored cheddar with a slight bite, is excellent for grating, in sandwiches and for snacking.  Our Raw Milk Smoked Cheddar is hardwood smoked the natural way.  No aerosol or liquid smoke is used to enhance the flavor of this natural cheese.

Pasteurized Cheddars:  Our Pasteurized Cheddars are made using the full pasteurization and cheddar process.  The plain cheddar is fresh, delicate and sweet-tasting.  It maintains a noticeably moist texture prominent in a pasteurized cheese.  Our No-Salt Added Cheddar is pasteurized cheddar with out the extra salt added in the make process.  A small amount of salt is naturally present in milk, however for those on a no-salt diet, this is an ideal cheese. 

Goat Feta:  Our Feta goat cheese has a rich flavor with a noticeably salty taste.  This dry, crumbly cheese is excellent in dishes with vegetables.  100% natural.  No colorings or additives.

Goat Mozzarella:  This Goat Milk Mozzarella is a stirred-curd cheese with a pleasantly mild taste.  A little drier than traditional mozzarella, but perfect for cooking and snacking. 

Whey Cream Goat Butter:  This award-winning butter is rich and flavorful with a smooth texture.  Only slightly salted, it is ideal for health conscious people.  Often bought by those with cow milk intolerances or allergies, this snow white butter contains no artificial dyes or coloring.  Keep refrigerated or frozen.
