We would like to introduce our new “producer inspired” product line. Our “Artisan Goat Cheese” product line
compliments our existing product line. Over thirty years ago, Mt Sterling first began producing a raw-milk
cheddar, and it is this original product that forms the basis of our Artisan line. To reflect the original
intent of forming a co-op, we have produced a goat cheese simple in nature, powerful in presence and complex in
flavor. We present the “Sterling Reserve”!
A Mt Sterling Original, this cheese is an authentic cave-aged, natural rinded, raw-milk cheddar.
Cave-aged a minimum of 90 days, it comes in a random weight daisy. The Sterling Reserve makes an excellent
table cheese that can be served with wine, cider or ale. Also excellent as a wedge deli cut, the Sterling
Reserve will compliment any cheese case. It may be purchased through our online store.
