We have just recently introduced a smoked, raw-milk mild cheddar to complement our international award-winning line of goat milk cheeses.

We use a natural hardwood smoking process. No liquid or aerosol smoke is used. Our smoked cheddar is an excellent choice for hors d'oeveres or for snacking.

In addition to our smoked cheddar cheese, we continue to offer our award-winning Raw Milk Mild Cheddar; Raw Milk Sharp Cheddar; Pasteurized Cheddar; No-Salt Cheddar; Fresh Jack; Fresh Jack with Dill, Garlic, Onion, Chives, Jalapeno Peppers and Tomato and Basil; as well as Greek Style Feta cheese.
